Ambitious Sales Account Executive Needed

Description WNY Barter is a local barter organization serving businesses and individuals. We provide access to alternative financing, 0% interest credit lines, leveraged buying power, but mostly we simply help businesses and individuals trade what they have for what they want. We are looking for dynamic and passionate people with sales experience who like people, who want to help us make a difference in the lives and businesses of our clients while earning a good living.

The Sales Account Executive is directly responsible to the Manager for the following duties:

  • Appointment Setting
  • Presentation
  • On-Site Registration of Businesses
  • Transferring Relationship of New Client to Assigned Trade Director
  • Assist in Registration of New Clients at Live Events
  • Possible Opportunity for Group Presenting and Closing
  • Long Term Client Relationship Management
  • Consistent Follow Up With Current Members
  • Promotion of Member Goods and Services Within the Network
  • And other miscellaneous sales oriented tasks assigned by the Manager

Prefer someone with the following skills/education:

  • Prior experience with business to business sales preferred.
  • Professional and personal demeanor.
  • Prefer someone with a college education.
  • Prior networking/referral marketing skills a plus.
  • Proficiencies in using Word, Excel, email programs.
  • Prefer someone who has a digital camera or a telephone with a camera.
  • Event planning skills a plus.
